Training and education

At BAM International we encourage and enable our employees to continuously develop themselves and to reach their full potential. Based on a personal and technical development plan employees map their own development, supported by their manager (and coach). Within BAM International career paths are clearly laid out, including various training and development suggestions in order to dynamically reach both organisational and personal goals.

BAM International makes use of opportunities and possibilities offered by BAM Business School (BBS). BBS presents a large variety of training courses in the field of management, behavioural competences, skills and safety.
Specific courses and training focusing on the international aspects of the business are developed by BAM International. Examples are for instance awareness and commercial awareness. New colleagues are able to fully contribute from day one by a training-on-the-job approach. In addition, you receive training and coaching from an experienced colleague, when working abroad or at the head office in The Netherlands.
