As a group, Royal BAM have delivered Facilities Management (FM) services across Europe to all types of industries since 2000.
BAM first began to deliver FM services in Ireland in 2010 beginning with Healthcare projects and now operating in a number of different industries.
BAM have completed a number of Public Private Partnership (PPP) contracts in recent years with BAM being responsible for the successful building of the project and our FM department being responsible for managing the future of this facility for the next 25 years. These contracts include roads, schools, courthouses and healthcare facilities which help give us a long-term presence across Ireland. “As a Regional Manager, I am responsible for the coordination and delivery of the Facility Management Services ensuring that the quality of the service delivered is equal and a high standard across all sites. Providing day-to-day support for our staff on the ground, liaising with BAM PPP and attending monthly meetings, carry out audits of each facility and co-ordinate maintenance contractors for bundle wide sub-contractors.
