BAM Technical Apprenticeship programme

At BAM, we are always on the lookout for new talent, and we believe that providing opportunities to earn while you learn is key to the future of our business.

Our most popular programme is our Technical Apprenticeship programme, which includes a Level 4 (HNC), suitable for those seeking a pathway in either Civil Engineering, Construction,

Quantity Surveying or Building Services Engineering, followed by a Level 6 (Degree).

With this programme, you get the best of both worlds, spending time studying and working alongside expert colleagues.

In BAM Nuttall, travelling and living away from home is part of Civil Engineering.

We want you to be aware that BAM Nuttall’s Apprentices are placed around the country, so you must be open to this and be comfortable with the idea of living and working away from home.

In BAM Construct UK, our Apprentices will work within one region only. This region is typically determined by the one you live nearest to, and you can select your region of choice during the application process.

Site placements

With all our technical pathways, you will work towards a professional chartership. These include the likes of ICE, ICES, RICS and CIOB – haven’t heard of these yet? Not to worry, we will guide you throughout your programme to achieve the one most relevant to your specialism.
